The Email Coach feature helps salespeople improve the effectiveness of their cold emails by analyzing and providing detailed feedback. After submitting a cold email, users receive a score along with actionable tips across several categories, allowing them to optimize their messaging and improve their response rates.
Youβre preparing to send a cold email to a prospect and want to ensure that your messaging is clear, compelling, and personalized. Email Coach provides a breakdown of your email and offers suggestions for improvement.
Youβve noticed that your cold emails arenβt getting many responses. By analyzing the email through the Email Coach, you can identify specific areas where you can improve, such as subject line effectiveness or the clarity of your value proposition.
Youβre training new sales team members on how to craft effective cold emails, and you want them to receive objective feedback. Email Coach provides them with guidance on how to refine their messaging.
Access Email Coach: Log in to your GTM.bot dashboard and select Email Coach from the feature list.
Prepare Information: Have the cold email ready for submission.
Click on Analyze an Email.
Paste or Upload Your Email: Provide the email text by pasting it directly into the text box.
Submit for Analysis: Once the email is submitted, click Submit to receive feedback.
In less than 60 seconds, youβll receive a breakdown of the email, including:
Subject Line: Feedback on the effectiveness and relevance of your subject line.
Introduction: Assessment of how well you introduce yourself or your company.
