By providing the deal’s context, a call recording or transcript, and the current deal stage, users receive detailed feedback that includes next steps, deal health scores, and actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and close deals more efficiently.

You’ve just completed a discovery call and want a detailed breakdown of where the deal stands. Deal Analyst provides a full analysis, highlighting next steps and key challenges to address in the next stage of the pipeline.
You’re preparing for a follow-up call and need to know where gaps remain in the deal. Deal Analyst gives you a gap analysis, along with tailored strategies to address those gaps and move the deal closer to closing.
You want to improve forecasting accuracy by evaluating a deal’s health. Deal Analyst uses a proprietary health scoring model to predict the likelihood of closing, giving you insights into potential roadblocks and how to overcome them.
Getting Started
Access Deal Analyst: Log in to your GTM.bot dashboard and select Deal Analyst from the feature list.
Prepare Information: Gather the deal context, including any call recordings or transcripts, and the current deal stage.
Using the Feature
Click on Analyze a Deal.
Provide Deal Context: Enter key details about the deal, including the stage and any relevant call recordings or transcripts.
Submit for Analysis: After entering the deal details, click Submit to receive your deal analysis.
